Key Meditation Skills

A unique evening meditation event with Padma. Learn key skills that will start you off right in meditation, or if you are experienced, this will advanced and deepen your practice. All are welcome and all questions are encouraged!

Padma would love to share with you some of the Key Meditation Skills she has learned, in order to make your meditation journey as successful as possible. Whether you’re new to meditation or a long-time practitioner, come join this evening and learn meditation from a renowned teacher of teachers. The evening will include a brief discourse on key meditation philosophy, some essential breath work, and silent practice. Learn skills to sit more comfortably, deepen your awareness of self, find inner strength and clarity, and gain tips for starting a daily practice at home.
